Responsibilities

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Support individualized education plan (IEP) goals through therapy sessions and classroom collaboration

Assist with assessments, progress reports, and documentation

Implement evidence-based strategies to enhance communication and language skills

Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant studies or Communication Disorders

Active Indiana SLPA license or eligibility for certification

Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay with rates aligned to the Indiana school-based SLPA market.
